Healing the Workplace Wound

What you do matters. How you do it matters, too.

"Grind culture isn't just a workplace problem. It's a nervous system and an economic problem that we've inherited. That's why healing it takes more than a policy change.”

We spend 90,000 hours at work. That’s 1/3 of our lives.

Yet, 70% of us are disengaged.
Almost half of us are burnt out and emotionally drained.

This is not an attraction, recruitment, and retention problem.
This is not a people and planet profitability problem.

This is a Grind Culture problem.

"Most of us inherited a story we never chose: that some people matter more than others, and that our worth is proven through output. Healing the workplace wound starts with getting honest about which parts of that story we’re still living out.”

Workplace Retraumatization.
Feeling triggered, unsafe, minimized, or blamed in the very environment you lead.
Is this an old wound reopened or a sign this isn’t the right place for you?
Founder/Leader Isolation:
Dealing with complex organizational challenges (from toxic culture to financial stress) alone.
You see the problem and you know that you can’t lead organizational healing efforts alone.
Intergenerational Pressure:
Navigating leadership while carrying the weight of inherited organizational trauma.
No single leader can undo capitalism or the other “-ism’s”, but a committed few can shift what success means at your organization.
