We are a membership community and service provider dedicated to supporting social mission organizations through holistic regenerative culture, operations, and design.By accessing our website or participating in our community platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. 1. Our Structure and Relationship
‍mirale collective, LLC operates as a fiscally sponsored project of Zora’s House, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Columbus, Ohio.
‍The Collective: We manage the daily operations, creative design, and community strategy.
‍The Sponsor: Zora’s House provides oversight, holds the charitable funds, and ensures legal and tax compliance.
‍No Professional Advice: While we provide HR and organizational design support, our content is for educational and operational purposes and does not constitute formal legal or tax advice.

2. Services and External Agreements
These Terms govern the general use of our website and community platform. Formal professional services (e.g., web design, CRM setup, or marketing strategy) are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict, the terms of your specific Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Community Participation (Go High Level)
We use Go High Level to host our membership community. By joining, you agree to:
‍Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
‍Regenerative Conduct: Engage with other members in a way that aligns with the principles and values of "regenerative culture." We reserve the right to remove any user who engages in harassment, discrimination, or extractive behavior.
‍User Content: While you retain ownership of the ideas you post, you grant Mirale Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your contributions within the community platform.

4. Intellectual Property
All original content, design frameworks, templates, and branding elements displayed on this site are the intellectual property of mirale collective, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, "scrape," or sell our proprietary frameworks without express written consent.
Use of the Zora’s House name or logo requires separate authorization from the fiscal sponsor.

5. Third-Party Tools and Payments
We utilize third-party platforms (including Go High Level) for community hosting and invoicing.
‍Payments: All financial transactions are processed securely. Because we are fiscally sponsored, your billing statements may reflect Zora’s House or a designated merchant account for the project.
‍External Links: We are not responsible for the privacy practices or technical failures of third-party platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. mirale collective and Zora’s House make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Limitation of LiabilityT
o the maximum extent permitted by law, mirale collective, LLC and Zora’s House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Service during the prior six months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
